National Partnership for Community Leadership Fatherhood Conference

The National Partnership for Community Leadership is hosting their 26th Annual International Fatherhood Conference on June 4-6, 2024.

The International Fatherhood Conference has been an annual gathering of parents, practitioners, grantmakers, researchers, and policymakers since 1998. The conference aims to discuss and share ideas on the essential role of fathers in families to reduce child poverty. This year's conference theme, "Moving Forward Fearlessly," is rooted in the understanding and urgency for all of us to work together to reduce significant fatherhood absence, improve birth outcomes and decrease maternal morbidity, promote healthy relationships among parents and within families, and to do all we can to create bright futures for our children.

The conference will begin on June 4th with a free, open-to-the-public Community Day featuring a plenary session and parenting workshops. An inspirational Opening Reception will also honor Favorite Fathers for 2024 nationwide.

On June 5th and 6th, conference attendees will participate in an Interfaith Prayer Breakfast, three plenary sessions, and evidence-based workshops. There will also be plenty of networking opportunities and the celebration of individuals advancing fatherhood work at the annual Spirit of Fatherhood Hall of Fame Luncheon.
